It is that time again!
St. Titus‘ Parishioner Achievement Sunday. As you know, Parishioner Achievement Sunday is a day of thanksgiving for the lives and works of our parishioners. We also recognize and share our special achievements during the past year.
The Parishioner Achievement Planning Group seeks your cooperation in making the Parishioner Achievement Sunday a glorious occasion!
We need news about your special achievements since Achievement Day
2025. Do not be modest. ‘Bragging’ is quite appropriate. Let us enjoy sharing the joy of achieving, be recognized or honored for an outstanding act, whatever — just let us all share in the good news.
Here are same examples of achievements:
- Graduation
- Excellent grade reports
- Passing to the next grade – (state the grade)
- Scholarships
- Grants
- Fellowships
- Sport Honors
- Honor roll
- Internship
- New Positions (jobs) or promotion or change
- Success in research
- Achievement in the Arts
- Special events relating to job such as ” employee of the week”
- Transferring to another school, local or out of town
- Travel – an important, enjoyable, or enlightening tour
- What’s new in your life giving you a great pleasure – i.e., A new home, New baby, Anew grand baby, etc.
- Retirement
- Special Awards
Families: If a member is away – Please share with your church family as outlined above the same exiting news.
The Parishioner Achievement Sunday program especially honors the High School and College graduates of our parish. (If you know of graduates, let us know). High school graduates will be presented an inscribed bible; college graduates will be presented a cross.
All information reported will be published in the Achievement Day Program Booklet.
Please ‘fail not’ in reporting; – what may seem minor to you may seem mighty or outstanding to another.
