8/5/2023 – St. Titus’ participated in the first of the month food drive at El Buen Pastor where we loaded 120 cars with tons of good food.
8-6-2023 – St. Titus’ welcomed The Rt. Reverend Scott Benhase as our Preacher and Celebrant on this Transfiguration Sunday.
7/30/2023 – St. Titus’ bid farewell today to our interim rector, Rev Alicia Alexis. We are thankful for your faithful dedication and leadership over the past 14 months.
June 2023 – The annual service to celebrate the Rev. Dr. Pauli Murray was well attended. We sang, prayed and are renewed and refreshed for the work at hand. The community choir had practiced a lot and were awesome! Bishop Jennifer Brooke-Davidson celebrated while the Rev. Lisa Yebuah preached. We attracted a crowd of people all of whom are hungry for justice.
June 10, 2023 –St. Titus’ welcomed members of the Durham Interfaith Pilgrimage (NCCU and Duke students) for Racial Justice this afternoon. Lionell Parker gave an informative historical overview of our church. Thanks to DCIA for this collaboration

April 30, 2023 – Henry Kennelly preached for the first time today on the Good Shepherd. Henry is discerning the call to the priesthood. Soon, his internship in the Diocese will begin. We’ll support him through the process.

April 1, 2023 – Today, we attended the second annual tea at North Carolina Central University. This fundraiser for the Ladies Soaring to Eagle Promise mentoring program was well-attended and beautiful.
February 22, 2023 –In celebration of Black History Month, throughout February we are sharing stories from our historically Black churches. Today we visit St. Titus’, Durham, where the congregation is finding new ways to engage with the surrounding community.
